Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient near the motorway with access to cheap petrol and a value meal at the Carrefour supermarche but lacked charm and interest. When I arrived at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the tastefully decorated rooms with good facilities. However, there was a bit of a stale smell initially, so I had to air out the room. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a separate lounge as there was a very noisy group near reception. The heat in the room was very uncomfortable, even with the windows wide open, making it difficult to sleep through the night.
